I don’t know how I managed to treat over 5000 patients with sexual pain without referring them to this self-help course. It will change thousands of lives! If you experience pain during sex, this is for you!

This course has helped me to feel normal and understand my body better.
After several surgeries due to gynecological problems, I have been from one doctor to the next, they all tell me the same thing. . . It’s all in your head, the pain you are describing is impossible.
I have gone through a rollercoaster of emotions, feeling broken or like I am not able to do the most basic human thing!
This course helped me with practical solutions, but also helped me see that I am not alone in this struggle.
It is great to know that someone can help me after years of feeling hopeless.

Where do I even begin with this review? This course is amazing on so many levels!
Firstly: The course is well-paced. When it comes to painful penetration, you don’t want to feel rushed and anxious while finding a solution to your pain. You want to feel like you’re being gently guided towards a solution, and Candice does exactly that! She covers it all from what sex actually is, and why you may be experiencing pain, and once you’re all educated and comfortable, she covers internal and external exercises which is exactly what has helped me to achieve pain-free-penetration within 1 month of taking the course.
Secondly, Candice has made getting help more affordable. The idea of going to an in-person physical therapist multiple times a week made me and my wallet want to cry (disclaimer: if you want or need in-personal physical therapy, the money is totally worth it!) so her course offers pretty much exactly what you would get from an in-person PT, but without personal guidance. I took this course in conjunction with seeing an amazing GP who has a special interest in sexual health and it was perfect for me.
Thank you Candice for the time and love you’ve put into this course. I can tell that you truly care about holistic wellbeing for women and I’m so grateful to you for all of your help!

This is a beautifully designed trauma sensitive course that is invaluable for not only people struggling with pelvic related pain difficulties, but also for all the medical professionals and therapists (psychologists, physiotherapists, somatic trauma workers, doctors, obstetricians, gynaecologists, GPs, gastroenterologists …the list just goes on and on) out there who are helping their patients move in a direction of wellbeing, bodily comfort and pleasure. As a pain practitioner, physiotherapist and somatic trauma body worker, this course feels like an essential ingredient to any of my client’s recovery and wellbeing journeys. It works perfectly alongside the work I am doing in my clinic with my clients and provides a safe and nurturing container for empowering others through knowledge, skills and exercises. Candice is so skilled at what she does and I would recommend this course to clients and health professionals alike.

Wow, this course was a game changer for me!
After struggling with vaginismus for 12 years, finding a course like this made me feel less alone and that I wasn’t the only one going through this. Candice is just wonderful. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but her passion for this work is so clear to see. I found it really helpful that the course was self-paced, so that I could stop when I felt overwhelmed. Candice guides you through everything step by step, with such care and understanding. She really looks at vaginismus from a holistic perspective. The course is a perfect balance between information and practical advice and exercises.
I did the course in conjunction with seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist and a sexual health doctor. But if that is not available to you, this course can enable you with the knowledge you need to move forward with confidence in yourself and your body. I am so grateful to Candice for putting this course together. After 12 years of pain, I finally have pain free sex now and feel hopeful for the future.

This course has changed my life. I have all the major root causes of vaginismus: sexual trauma, shame associated with religious ideologies, and training in opera and classical voice.
I also teach Pilates and consistently and helpfully teach others find proper pelvic floor engagement and respiratory rhythm, but doing that all day every day for over 15 years exacerbated an preexisting issue.
Through Candice’s guidance in this course, the safe, supportive way she communicates and her superlative instruction, my issues have resolved completely.
Not only is pain-free penetration possible, I can breathe better, I have less vocal fatigue (pelvic floor tightness was leading to vocal damage in my speaking voice); and my abdominal function, spinal stability, and hip mobility have improved as well.
I encourage everyone I meet to explore this course. I cannot recommend it, or Candice as a practitioner highly enough.
