SHIPPING –  

 Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with details. 

Pre-orders

We may make some items available to purchase as “Pre-order” even though they had not yet been produced when listed. This means that there will be a delay on shipment (2 – 3 weeks) of these pre-orders. 

Creation Time

Your hand made creation will take 7-14 days to reach the courier, after which the below time frames will apply. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.  

Ordering in South Africa

At the moment, delivery will be charged at a flat rate of ~ZAR50 (subject to change). All orders are sent through DSV or Fastway and arrive within 2-4 working days.
Every order has a tracking number, which can be used to trace your parcel. 

International Orders 

Orders outside of South Africa, qualify as “international orders”. A charge will apply for such orders (~USD 27 – subject to change). This charge will allow for 0,5kg delivery. If a bulk order is made and the items surpass 0,5kg, you will be contacted for an additional payment, to complete the order. The courier company will provide you with a tracking number and courier details and estimated delivery date as soon as your order has shipped. Estimated courier will be 7-10 days, this is subject to change and may be out of Nurture Pelvic Health’s control. 

Dependent on your location and local shipping regulations, you may be responsible for additional fees and / or import duties. This if your financial responsibility and will be the customers responsibility.

Collections 

Nurture Pelvic Health does not offer collection.
