MAY – Group Exercise Class – Package of 4
Held weekly, on a Tuesday at 3:00pm (GMT+2).
Classes will be limited to 20 people
Classes will include, breath work, mobility and entry level strength training.
Classes are suited to; Postpartum returning to exercise, Reintroduction of strength training, returning to exercise after a period of inactivity, individuals who wish to gain insight, strength and increased control of their lumbar-pelvic region (pelvic floor dysfunction, lower back discomfort, rectus diastasis, hip weakness).
Individuals who wish to improve mobility, lung capacity and generalised strength.

Once you have purchase the class package you will be invited to a WhatsApp broadcast where you will have access to the class link.
Equipment: A mat, towel and a bottle of water. If you have other devices you are welcome to incorporate them, I will guide their use if applicable.
Indemnity: Indemnity will need to be signed prior to classes. Once you have made your purchase you will be able to download the format complete.
