The Giveaway with a difference 

This giveaway first ran in August 2020, where sponsors donated significant prizes to the value of ~R21k as an incentive to encourage the community to donate to the chosen NPO

In order to enter into the giveaway, individuals were directed to a fundraising page hosted on Quicket, where they were asked to donate R50 in order to obtain 1 entry. All funds raised from the giveaway were donated directly to Saartjie Baartman Centre for Women and Children. 
We managed to raise R10550 for the centre and were thrilled to have had the opportunity to hand over the funds and one lucky winner walked away with R21k worth of sponsored prizes.

I intend on running a donation based giveaway such as this, once or twice a year.
